Intellectual Property

Everything handmade is intellectual property.  Particularly, when it comes to any art.  We have a few handmade contributors to our shop and would ask that you do not copy the work of our artisans as well.  That being said, we understand that many handmade items may look and appear similar to the work of other artisans.  We do not intend to replicate the work of anyone else, and hope that no one would replicate ours.  We strive to provide many one of a kind, limited edition, and eco-friendly products.  Some items may have a longer process time, which will be highlighted in the item descriptions.

Products and Services

We provide a variety of handmade items.  Products using recycled material.  Please read the item descriptions and labels carefully.  Some products may have shelf life or special storing instructions.  We are not responsible for any issues due to improper use and/or storage.  Any possible allergens will be listed on the product description, labeled with the item, and/or on the invoice.

Complaints, Refunds, and Returns

If there's any issues with your order we ask that you contact us as soon as possible, so we can resolve the matter quickly.  Detailed text messages are the fastest and easiest way for us to resolve issues.  We are a small shop with very limited staff, we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your experience.  We have an approximate 2 day processing time for orders, however we try and have all orders processed daily.

Discrimination 

We are accepting and do not discriminate race, religion, and/or sexual orientation.  We do not tolerate those who choose to be inflammatory, racist, or generally hateful people.  This includes in any and all social media accounts attached to our business.  We will block and or remove anyone who chooses to be intolerant or hateful.  We also reserve the right to not do business with anyone.
